shipping & returns
shipping
- we ship free of charge.
- shoe care products will only be shipped with shoes.
- we only ship within South Africa.
- we use The Courier Guy.
- you will receive email & sms notification directly from the courier.
- your order should arrive within 3-5 working days from date of despatch.
returns
changed your mind? no problem!
- you have 10 days from receipt of your purchase to notify us of a return.
- please use the “contact us” page to get in touch or pop us a message on hello@stridefootwear.co.za & we’ll get back to you asap.
- remember to include your name & order number.
- the product must be in its original condition, unworn & in its original, undamaged packaging.
- shoes must be re-stuffed, placed correctly into their shoebox & wrapped carefully in their tissue paper.
- a R50 charge (VAT incl.) will be levied against any badly packed shoes, upon return.
- stride will send a courier to collect from you.
- kindly note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- we work with R125 for sandals and R175 for boots, per pair.
- your refund will be processed once we have assessed the return.
- payment will be made via eft, less the courier cost.
- we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items.
exchanges
want to exchange for a different size or colour?
- we do not do exchanges.
- we prefer to treat these as a return – please see above.
- a new size or a different colour would need to be a new order.
quality issues
in the very unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, or any problem regarding the quality, please contact us through hello@stridefootwear.co.za with:
- your name & order number or invoice.
- photos & description of the problem.
- we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
- in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, you can receive a refund on items deemed faulty (i.e., having a genuine manufacturing defect) up to 6 months from the date of purchase
